The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the Golden Standard of Coaching.  ICF credentialed coaches have met stringent education and experience requirements and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. They also adhere to strict ethical guidelines as part of ICF’s mission to protect and serve coaching consumers.

As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Anaid has had more than 60 hours of training, more than 100 hours of coaching experience and has passed a knowledge assessment test of coaching competencies and ethics which included audited live coaching sessions to ensure practical mastery.
